ENdi Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the ENdi app, provided by ENDI LTD, The Catalyst, Baird Lane, York, England, YO10 5GA, United Kingdom (“ENdi”, “we”). By using ENdi you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.
1. The service
ENdi helps you track symptoms, pain, mood, your cycle, medications and related health information, and surfaces observational pattern insights from your own data to help you understand trends and prepare for healthcare appointments. ENdi also supports people managing adenomyosis, PCOS and PMDD.
ENdi is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Insights are observational and informational only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health; never disregard or delay medical advice because of something in the app. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services. Do not rely on ENdi for contraception, conception, or family-planning decisions. Cycle phases, period estimates and other patterns are observational and may be inaccurate; they must not be used to prevent or achieve pregnancy or as a substitute for a medically approved method of contraception or fertility care.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to access or use ENdi and to create an account. ENdi is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18. By using ENdi you represent that you are 18 or older. You’re responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Free use, subscriptions & billing
ENdi is free to use. Optional Premium unlocks advanced features and insights and is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, typically with a 7-day free trial.
- Billing & processors: subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed via RevenueCat. Your store account is charged at confirmation of purchase.
- Free trial: unless you cancel before it ends, your subscription begins and you are charged automatically when the trial ends.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancellation: manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period is not refunded. Deleting the ENdi app does not cancel your subscription — you must cancel through your store account.
- Refunds: except where required by law, fees are non-refundable; store purchases are subject to Apple’s/Google’s refund policies.
- Price changes: take effect at the start of the next subscription period.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create in ENdi. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it solely to operate the service for you. You’re responsible for your content and must not submit anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
5. Intellectual property
The ENdi app and its content, features and branding are owned by ENDI LTD and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app under these Terms.
6. Privacy
Your use of ENdi is also governed by our Privacy Policy (https://www.endiapp.com/privacy-policy), which explains how we handle your data.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, or that insights will be accurate or complete.
Some text in ENdi — including insight wording and translations — is generated using machine-learning and automated systems. We disclaim all warranties relating to such generated content, including as to accuracy, reliability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Insights are observational and must not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENdi’s total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months, or USD 100 if you’ve paid nothing. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or as required by law. You may stop using ENdi and delete your account at any time in Settings.
10. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ENDI LTD and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
12. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and ENdi regarding the app and supersede any prior agreements, communications or representations.
13. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction — for example, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
14. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing to be effective.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
16. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms and will post the new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions: info@endiapp.com.
